Suppose point e has a coordinate of 11​, and eg= 8. what are the possible coordinates of point​ g?

So I will be assuming that EG = 8 is the length of the line segment EG. If that's the case, therefore the coordinates of G would simple be:

G =11 ± 8

G = 11 – 8, 11 + 8

G = 3, 19 

So G can have a coordinate of 3 or 19.
